Obituary of Vyrona Grace Ritchie

Vyrona Grace Ritchie went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at the age of 86. Vyrona devoted her time and love to her family, her garden, and her dogs Sassy & Katie. She is lovingly remembered by her children, Craig (Deanna) Ritchie, Brian Ritchie, and Linda (Wally) Gallasch; grandchildren, Tammy Stushnoff, Dana Ritchie, Lisa Ekstrand, Michael Ritchie, Paula Carrie, and Jacy Gallasch; 11 great grandchildren; her special friend and sister in-law Clarice Mann; and nieces, nephews and close friends, all of whom brought her great joy. Vyrona was predeceased by her loving husband George Ritchie; and siblings Hubb Mann, Doug Mann, and Audrey Mann. A Celebration of Vyrona’s Life will be held at St. Luke’s Anglican Church (2951-26th Avenue S.E) on Tuesday May 20, 2008 at 1:00pm. In lieu of flowers, if so desired a memorial donation may be made to St. Luke’s Anglican Church for the Chilean Youth Center (2951-26th Avenue S.E, Calgary, T2B 2P2) a charity that Vyrona was very passionate about.
