Obituary of Robert Bruce Sutherland

Robert Bruce Sutherland, beloved husband of Jeannette of thirty-nine years, passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2008 after a couragous battle with lung cancer at the age of 67 years. Bob was born in Toronto, ON on October 21, 1940. He was in the insurance business for forty-eight years, working for Continental Insurance, Great American Insurance in Toronto and Montreal and Gerling Global Insurance (Gcan). Bob was always generous to charitable organizations. Robert is survived by his loving wife Jeanette; his aunt Marg Guscot of Toronto; his cousins, John (Theresa) Tensee of Toronto, Susan (David) Reid of Victoria, John (Heather) Guscot of Toronto, and Patricia (Russ) Tiffin of Toronto. He was predeceased by his parents Bill and Lucille Sutherland and his stepmother Hettie, his son Billie and his beloved Kado dog.
