Obituary of Harold Harrison Knapp

Harold Harrison Knapp, beloved husband of Geneva of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 6, 2008 at the age of 89 years. Hal was born on November 14, 1918 in Maunders, AB. He was a Petroleum Engineer and was employed in the oil and gas industry, eventually retiring from Petro Canada. Hal is survived by his wife Geneva Rose Knapp of Calgary; stepchildren, Graham Bond (Nujma) and Lee Meikle (Ian); his daughter, Chris Hill; and two sons, Doug Knapp and Michael Scott; granddaughter, Allyson; sister, Wanda Johnson; as well as many other friends and relatives. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Name Catholic Church (2223 – 34 Street South West) on Saturday, May 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
