Obituary of Frank Szautner
Frank Szautner, beloved husband of Betty Szautner of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2008 at the age of 76 years.
Frank enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing and playing darts. He was employed with the Calgary Board of Education for fourteen years. He also helped build the Calgary Tower.
Besides his loving wife Betty, Frank is survived by number one son Ron; his four daughters, Fran Szautner (John), Debie Graven, Teri Paetkau, and Katherine Lawrence (Dave), all of Calgary; fifteen grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters, five brothers, and numerous extended family. Frank was predeceased by his parents; his brother John; and son-in-law Tim Paetkau.
A Celebration of Frank’s Life will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #2098 (9305 – 5 Street S.E.) on Thursday, May 8, 2008 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
