Obituary of Robby Tyson Mark
Robby left us suddenly on Monday, April 28, 2008 at the age of 21 years.
He leaves here to mourn his son Jamal; his loving parents Janice and Harvey; his brothers Brennon and Kerri (Aarona); sisters Mavis (James), Meagan (Sammy); his paternal grandparents Charlie and Helen Beaver; his aunties Victoria, Mona (Floyd), Faye, Margaret (Clarence), Gail (Homer), Linda (Rock), Didrinne, Lorrinne (Ruben), Iona (Hank), Maureen (Johnny), Brenda (Jackson) Salter, Martina (Woodrow) Soldier; uncles Gerald (Glenna), Jerott (Rowena), Darryl (Pauline) and Charlie Jr. (Erica); two nieces, three nephews and a special cousin Boyd Beaver; adopted families grandmother Margaret Dixon; sisters Dianna (Myron) Dixon, Jolie Snow and Rochelle Cecil, special sisters Stephanie Simeon and Jody Mark.
Robby was predeceased by his maternal grandparents Wilfred (1989) and Lorna Mark (1998); his great-grandparents Paul (2002) and Eunice Mark (1997); auntie Janet Mark; uncle Rod Mark (2004); cousin Lenora Simeon (1994); uncle Harrold Beaver (2000); grandmothers Reba Baptiste (2007) and Jessie Fox (1989); the family apologizes for anyone we may have missed.
Robby was a kind and tender hearted person. The love of his life was his son Jamal. He was attending Nakoda College pursuing his education. One of his hobbies includes cooking, cleaning and venturing out and learning new things. He had many friends because of his generosity and his kindness, he always helped people in need without hesitation. His passion for sports included skate boarding, snow boarding, fishing and hunting. He also rode Boys Steer riding and then graduated into Bull Riding. Robby was a believer in the creator and he believed in our traditional ways of praying. He tried to attend Sunday services as much as possible no matter how difficult his life seemed. His buddies were very important to him and always hung around with his brothers, cousins and nephews whenever possible. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him including numerous uncles, aunties, cousins, nephews, and nieces; Marks, Chiniquays, Beavers, Holloways, Goodstoneys, Baptistes, Twoyoungmens and Rabbits.
Wake Services will be held at the residence of his parents Janice and Harvey (Morley, AB) on Thursday, May 1, 2008 and Friday, May 2, 2008 on Funeral Services will be held at the Morley Gymnasium (Morley, AB) on Saturday, May 3, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Bearspaw Cemetery (Morley, AB).
