Obituary of Edeltraut Ilse Austerman

Edeltraut Ilse Austerman, beloved wife of Henry of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2008 at the age of 74 years. Edeltraut came to Canada in 1953 and on April 12, 1955 married Henry Austerman. Edeltraut had a passion for dancing and especially loved to travel. Edeltraut and Henry enjoyed many trips throughout the world, with Las Vegas being her most favourite. Edeltraut was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was very proud of her family and will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends. Edeltraut is survived by her loving husband Henry Frank Austerman; her children, Rosemary Austerman, Ralph (Lori) Austerman, Conrad Austerman and Marie-Ann (Duane) Cunningham; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters and two brothers in Germany; several nieces and nephews; as well as her friends and extended family. She was predeceased by William Reichert and Johanna Reichert.
