Obituary of Vera Doreen Conley

Vera Doreen Conley, of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 21, 2008 at the age of 74 years Vera was born and raised in Calgary. She was an avid quilter and would often times donate her quilts to the Women’s Shelter. Vera is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Wade and Annette Conley of Seymore, MO and James Conley and Corinne Rupcic of Calgary, AB, two daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Rob Kathrens and Donna and John Arkossy both of Calgary, AB, and by her five beloved grandchildren, Amber, Evan, Alexander, Alan, and Nicholas. She will also be lovingly remembered by her special, long time friend Al Jones. Vera was predeceased by husband Robert Conley. A Celebration of Vera’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at 10:30 a.m..
