Obituary of Marguerite Erskine

Marguerite Erskine, beloved wife of the late Clayton Warren Erskine and loving mother of Leslie Erskine and son-in-law Tim Beal, and the late Lisa Erskine, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 14, 2008 at the age of 83 years. Maggie was born on January 7, 1925 in Montreal, QC, the fifth of thirteen children. Her many loves included music, singing, reading and being surrounded by nature. Her life experiences included nursing, working as a stewardess for Trans Canada Airline, joining the Royal Canadian Air force but most importantly to her, she dedicated her life to being a wife and mother. Maggie found great joy and was blessed by the love of her family and many friends. She will be sadly missed by the people whose lives she touched. A Celebration of Maggie’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E., Calgary) on Thursday, March 20, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
