Obituary of Irene Gray

Irene “Rennie” Gray, beloved wife of Sidney Gray of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at the age of 71 years after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Besides her loving husband Sidney, Irene will be remembered and sadly missed by her children, Lynn (Rick) Malkin, Barb (Andy) Nolet and Darcey Gray; five grandchildren, Aaron, Bryan, Tyler, Brett and Caitlin and one great-grandchild, Joshua. She is also survived by her sisters, Hilda Strelioff and Mildred Magdee and brothers, Nestor (Gloria) Daschuk and Leonard Daschuk as well as many nieces and nephews. Irene was predeceased by her parents, Metro and Winnie Daschuk and her brother Eddie Daschuk A Celebration of Irene’s Life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch # 284 (606-38 Avenue N.E.) on Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
