Obituary of Allison Broenink

Allison Gail Broenink (nee Hill) beloved wife of Richard Broenink of Calgary, passed away quietly after a courageous fight against cancer on Sunday, February 17, 2008 at the age of 49 years Allison held a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta (1979) and a B.S.P. (Pharmacy) from the University of Saskatchewan (1983). Allison was a pharmacist who was dedicated to the care and well-being of her patients while she practiced in both Edmonton and Calgary over the course of her career. She is survived by her loving husband Rick; her two children, James and Katie; her mother, Sandy Hill; and her two brothers, Alec and Gordon; as well as many other relatives and friends. Allison was predeceased by her father, Dr. Jim Hill (2002). A Memorial Service for Allison will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Friday, February 29, 2008 at 2:30 p.m. A private family interment will take place at the Rocky View Garden of Peace.
