Obituary of Micheline Berg

Micheline Berg, of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday February 12, 2008 at the age of 90 years. Micheline was born on September 24, 1917 in Ottawa, ON and moved to Calgary in 1949. She was a Substitute Teacher with the Separate School board for many years and was a wonderful Homemaker. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. Micheline is survived by her two sons, Wayne (Kim) and Kent (Pam); and five grandchildren, Suzanne, Heather, Sean, Erin, and Colin. She is also survived by her sister Mary (Harold) Ridgeway. Micheline was predeceased by her husband Christian in 2005, and by her brother Joseph and sister Ernestine. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.) on Wednesday, February 20, 2008 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Peter’s Catholic Church (541 Silvergrove Drive N.W.) on Thursday, February 21, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow in “St. Joseph’s Section” at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
