Obituary of Marian Scott

Marian Elizabeth Scott (nee Cullen), beloved wife of Roy Scott of Calgary, passed away on Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the age of 81 years. She was born on May 12, 1926 in the Rose Valley district at Killarney, MB. Marian was a willing volunteer in her church and community. She retired from the Calgary Board of Education in 1982. Besides her loving husband, Roy, she is survived by her son Jim (Terri) of Mission, BC; her daughter Joan (Marc) Lee of Calgary; her granddaughters, Autumn (Alex) White and Clover Scott both of Vancouver, BC; her four grandchildren in Calgary, Aaron, Tamara, Jeff, and Andrea Lee; and her great-granddaughter Ocea. Marian will be sadly missed by her sister Luella (Lewis) Czech; and sisters-in-law, Margaret Cullen, all of Brandon, MB and Mavis Cullen of Killarney; and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Wilford and Mary Cullen; and her two brothers, Jim and Don.
