Obituary of Elizabeth Edna Pike

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Elizabeth (Betty) Edna Pike on January 27, 2008. She passed into the presence of the Lord with the same beauty and dignity with which she lived her life. Betty was born on June 28, 1924 in Trinidad, West Indies. She spent her working career in Calgary at Halliburton Services Ltd. Betty will be lovingly missed by her sister Joan; her two sons, Robert (Maureen) and Richard (Denise); her grandchildren Arthur, Annee (Jaden), Christopher, Roger; and great granddaughter Madilyn. She was predeceased by her husband Ronald (Ronnie) and daughter Christine. Sincere thanks to all at Foothills Hospital – Unit 72, to her special care giver Nina, as well as to all at Extendicare Hillcrest where she lived. A celebration of Elizabeth’s life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W.)
