Obituary of René Athanase Bertholet

René Athanase Bertholet beloved husband of Claudette Bertholet of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 22, 2008 at the age of 72 years. René was born in Wauchope, SK. His family settled in Regina where René received his education. René transferred to Calgary with British American Oil in 1960. During his retirement he enjoyed volunteering at Heritage Park. Besides his loving wife of fifty years, René is survived by his daughter Renette; two sons and daughters-in-law Daryl and Nancy Bertholet and Warren and Loretta Bertholet; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. René is also survived by his three sisters and one brother.
