Obituary of Maria Shirley Avelino Tenchavez

Maria Shirley Avelino, beloved wife of Romel Tenchavez passed away suddenly on January 16, 2008 at the age of 43 years old. Shirley was born on October 24, 1964 in Manila, Philippines. She came to Canada in September 1977 and attended Father Lacombe High School. She worked at Affiliated Custom Brokers and Absolute Global Logistics. Shirley had a passion for traveling and loved spending time with her family and friends. Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her husband Romel, sons Robert (JC) and Reggie, loving daughter Chelsea, and sister-in-law Bernadette. She will also be sadly missed by her loving parents Roberto and Ofelia, Beatriz (Lola B, Philippines) brothers Jose (Mafette), Raymond (Dorothy), brother in law, Raymund (Philippines); aunts and uncles, Prudence (Drumheller), Eddie and Lolita (Los Angeles), Lita Marquez and family, Lito Ramos and family, Dolly Waap and family, Louie Ramos and family (Philippines); grandma Inang; cousins Sean, Trisha, Nikki, Marilyn and family, Snowball, Marivic (Philippines); numerous nieces and nephews, Denise, Deanne, Jeric, AJ, Sean and Kiana. Shirley will be sadly missed by all those who knew her.
