Obituary of Amber Aaron Rhine
Amber Aaron Rhine passed away into the presence of God on Wednesday, January 9, 2008, one day after her fifteenth birthday, at the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
Amber fought her illness with courage and strength and was an inspiration to all who knew her. She will be remembered for her beautiful smile and gentle spirit. Amber was born January 8, 1993 in Calgary. She was a student at Emily Follensbee School for ten years. She loved music, swimming, movies and recorded stories. Amber will be lovingly remembered by “Mum”, Shirley Haine; her sisters, Brenda Clayton and her children Hailey and Joel, Hillary Haine and her son Jakub, all of Calgary; and Shirley’s extended family. Also mourning her loss are her parents Tammy and Kim Rhine, siblings Ashley and Austin all of Rimbey; Grandparents Nana and Papa Dowson; Grandpa Grant, all of Calgary; as well as aunts, uncles and cousins. Amber was predeceased by her sisters Melanie Coomber and Noelle Holloway and brother Barry Langford.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S “Park Memorial Chapel” (5008 Elbow Drive South West, Calgary) on Friday, January 11, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S “Park Memorial Chapel” (5008 Elbow Drive South West, Calgary) on Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 2:30 p.m..
