Obituary of Elizabeth Hargrave

Betty Hargrave of Calgary passed away on Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the age of 89 years. Betty worked as a Licenced Insurance Agent in Kenora, ON until 1972 when she moved to Calgary and worked as a secretary at Nicholsons Microfilm. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Betty will be missed by her nieces Marilyn B. Crocker (Gordon), Mary E. Thompson, Louise Hargrave and great nephews Donald (Laurie), Gary (Kathy), Geoffrey (Nancy) Howard (Gudrun) and many extended family members in Calgary and the United States. She was predeceased by her brothers and sister; nephews Robert Hargrave and Alexander W. Thompson and niece Sally Kaden. A Gathering will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Sunday, January 13, 2008 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Graveside Service will be held in Kenora, ON at a later date.
