Alice May Willis of Calgary passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2008 at the age of 92 years. Born on July 16, 1915 in Saskatoon, SK, May married Doug on March 17, 1942. The couple later retired in Calgary where they enjoyed many years in the company of family and friends. May’s family was of utmost importance to her as she dedicated her life to providing a loving and caring home for her husband and daughters. She was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. May will be lovingly remembered by her three daughters and a son-in-law, Joanne and Hugh Hart, Pam Willis, and Deb Willis, all of Calgary; her grandchildren Kelly (Guy), Karin, and Suzanna; and her great-grandchildren Michael and Danielle. She is also survived by her sister Jessie Tinkess of Calgary, AB; her sister-in-law Joyce Willis of Cowichan Bay, BC; her special friend Liz Richardson; as well as by special nieces, nephews, cousins and friends,.
