Obituary of Van Gorp

Robert (Bob) Van Gorp, of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at the age of 60 years. Robert Van Gorp was born in Tilburg, Netherlands, on August 29, 1947. Robert was very active in the Knights of Columbus and the Calgary Highlanders. Robert is survived by his mother Bea of Calgary, AB; two brothers and sisters-in-law Harry and Pat of Florida and Matthew and Lynn of California; sister Lea and Phil Cole of Calgary; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Robert was predeceased by his father Adrian Henry Van Gorp. Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Name Catholic Church (2223 – 34 Street South West) on Monday, January 7, 2008 at 1:00 P.M.
