Obituary of Kevin Leonard Butler

Kevin Leonard Butler, beloved husband of Judy Butler of Calgary, passed away on Tuesday, December 18, 2007, following a brief battle with cancer, at the age of 60 years. Kevin was born on November 17, 1947 in Montreal, QC. Kevin and his family moved to Calgary in 1979 when he began his IT career in the oil industry. He had a passion for playing golf and served on the Board at Turner Valley Golf and Country Club. Kevin also enjoyed hockey and served on the Fifty-Five Plus Team committee. Besides his loving wife Judy, Kevin is survived by his two daughters Jennifer (Jason) Okrusko, Kim Butler (Chad Harris) and three grand-children Joshua and Jacob Butler-Harris and Elizabeth Okrusko, all of Calgary. He is also survived by his brother Frank (Marilyn) Butler of Montreal, sister Susan Butler of Calgary as well as nieces and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his son Brendan Butler and parents Mildred and Leonard Butler.
