Obituary of Elizabeth Heimbecker

Betty Heimbecker beloved wife of Grant C. Heimbecker of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2007. Betty was born and grew up in Montmartre, Saskatchewan and then worked for several years with an insurance company in Winnipeg. In 1953 she came to Calgary, obtained a secretarial job with an insurance company, met her future husband, raised her family and she has resided here ever since. Besides her loving husband Grant, Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Nancy and Mark of Port Moody, BC, by her son Rob of Vancouver, BC and by her two grandchildren, Connor and Kelsey. She will also be missed by her sister and brother-in-law Marie and Laird Wilson of Regina, SK, brothers and sister-in-law, George and Mary Hrycak of Winnipeg, MB, Joe Hrycak of Regina, SK and by numerous nieces and nephews Funeral Services will be held at St. Laurence Anglican Church (5940 Lakeview Drive S.W.) on Thursday, December 20, 2007 at 11:00 a.m..
