Obituary of Alyson Marika Berrigan

Alyson (Aly) Marika Berrigan, beloved daughter of James and Susan and cherished sister of Amanda of Calgary, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at the tender age of 5 years. All Aly wanted in her short life with us was to go to school, make friends, and ride the school bus. She accomplished them all. A favourite time of hers was the family trip to Disneyland which put a whole new meaning to the word “Magical.” Besides her parents and sister, Aly is survived by her grandparents Claudia Berrigan and Geza Szabo; uncles, Tim and Jim; aunts, Sylvia (Dave) and Linda (Phil); and numerous other uncles, aunts, and cousins. She was predeceased by her grandma Marion (Marika) Szabo; great-grandmas and grandpas; and her pet dog Meka. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (10 Prestwick Dr. S.E.) on Tuesday, December 18, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
