Obituary of Joy Lily Elumir Tan

Joy Lily Elumir Tan, beloved wife of Mario of Cebu City, Philippines, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2007 at the age of 55 years. Joy Lily was born on February 25, 1952 in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. She had very successful Law career as Department Head of the Bureau of Labour Region 7 in Cebu City. Joy Lily will be remember as a loving wife, mother and friend. Besides her loving husband Mario, Joy Lily is survived by three children, R-O, M-J, and LaLa; and many brothers, sisters, in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.
