Obituary of Galliano Nino Pezzi

Galliano “Nino” Pezzi, beloved husband of Fulvia of Calgary, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2007 at the age of 81 years. Nino was born in Trieste, Italy to Antonio Galliano Pezzi and Maddalena Strohmayer. He served in the Italian military during WWII and immigrated to Canada in 1958. He worked for Sears as manager of the electronics service department until his retirement. Nino is survived by his loving wife Fulvia; sons Claudio, Bryan and Richard; grandchildren Arlena, Arianna and Amadeo and great-grandson Manuel. He will also be missed by Ilse Pezzi; sisters Roma Eddy, Edda Clay and Delia Pfeffer; cousins Nivea Pezzi-Curiel and Ester and Sergio Arban. Nino will be remembered by lifelong friends Yole Zogolini and Claudio and Laura Cicogna. We will dearly miss his joyful spirit and humour.
