Obituary of De Laet

Maria De Laet of Calgary passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 14, 2007, at the Bethany Care Centre at the age of 93. Maria and her family immigrated to Canada in 1959. Maria’s greatest joys were her family and friends. She loved dancing and she loved playing cards with her Lethbridge friends. Maria is survived by her daughter, Monique Riehl; her two sons George and Ben (Margaret); eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her loving husband Joseph in 1959. A Celebration of Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, November 23, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandhollway.com.
