Obituary of Joanna Skoyen

SKOYEN – Joanna Margaret September 21, 1918 – November 18, 2007 Joanna Margaret Skoyen of Calgary, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, November 18, 2007 at the age of 89. She leaves to mourn her two daughters; Joanna Gayle Phillips and husband John of West Virginia, Charlotte Anne Nichols and husband Max of Stony Plain, Alberta, her granddaughter Alana Margaret Skoyen of Airdrie, Alberta and great-granddaughter Jamilee Anne Skoyen of Airdrie, Alberta. She is also survived by her one sister Kathleen Paddock and husband Howard of Calgary, her brother Ted Allen and wife Katie of Calgary, and numerous relatives and friends. Joanna was predeceased by her brother George Allen. A Celebration of Joanna’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, November 23, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
