Obituary of Frances Baird

Frances Sarah Baird of Calgary passed away at the Bow Crest Nursing Home on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at the age of 90 years. Frances was born in Cobourg, ON. She received all of her schooling in Eastend, SK. Frances met and married her second husband, Douglas Baird in Shaunavon, SK where they lived until 1953. They moved to Lethbridge in 1953 and Frances has resided in Calgary since 1982. Frances is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Marilyn and Tim Kendrick of Calgary and son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Florence Reid of Lethbridge; five grandchildren, Deanna (Dale) McMaster of Powell, OH, Jeff (Tanya) Reid of Plantation, FL, Dan (Michelle) Reid, Greg (Lindsay) Kendrick and Kim Kendrick all of Calgary, sister-in-law Frances Tyner of Eastend, SK and eight great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Douglas, brother Edgar Tyner and her parents Florence and Harry Tyner. A Private Family Funeral Service will be held.
