Obituary of Gretel Johanna Fehrmann

Gretel Johanna Fehrmann of Calgary, passed away on Monday, October 15, 2007 at the age of 88 years. Gretel was born on November 7, 1918 in Tilsit, Germany and was married to Kurt Fehrmann on November 7, 1941. The family immigrated to Calgary in September, 1954. Gretel will be remembered as a loving mother. Gretel is survived by her daughter Barbara Fehrmann of Mission, BC; her son Peter Fehrmann and Claire MacDougall of Calgary; and daughter-in-law Antonia Fehrmann of Vernon, BC. Gretel is also survived by her four grandchildren Corey (Jennifer) and their son Cole; Mark (Clare); Darren and Theresa. She was predeceased by her husband on October 6, 1989 and her son Bernd on August 25, 2007.
