Obituary of Glenda Ruth Meades

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Glenda Ruth Meades on Saturday, October 6, 2007 at the Southwood Hospice in Calgary, at the age of 73 years. Glenda had enjoyed living across Canada, first born in Montreal, QC and then moved to Toronto in the late 1970’s, Vancouver in the 1980’s and then settling down in Calgary for the past seventeen years. She spent most of her career working for the Royal Bank of Canada. Glenda leaves behind many wonderful memories of summers in Maine for her family to cherish. Glenda is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Johanne and Edgar Jansons and by her son and daughter-in-law Michael Meades and Norma Baran. She will also be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren, Warren, Erika, Garrett and Karen. A Private Family Service in honour of Glenda will take place in Montreal at a later date.
