Obituary of Ian Gordon Foxall
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ian Foxall of Calgary, on Friday, September 28, 2007 at the age of 77 years.
Ian is lovingly remembered by his wife of fifty-one years, Jean; his son and daughter-in-law Bruce and Sharon; and his daughter and son-in-law Karen and Kevin. Ian’s four grandchildren, Jenelle, Max, Kyle, and Klayton were his pride and joy and he leaves with them many precious memories. He will also be missed by his sister and brother-in-law Evelyn and Dave; his twin brother and sister-in-law George and Ruth; as well as many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Ian’s life will be held at First Evangelical Free Church (732 – 55th Avenue S.W.) on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made directly to the charity of the donor’s choice. We would like to thank the Tom Baker Cancer Centre for their kindness and support during Ian’s illness, as well as a special thank you to Home Care and Dr. Wilkinson. Our sincerest thanks and gratitude to the staff of the Southwood Hospice for providing dignity and comfort during Ian’s final days.
