Obituary of Marilyn Anne Hamulka

Marilyn Hamulka of Calgary, went to be with her Lord and Saviour in the early morning of Monday, October 1, 2007 at Agapé Hospice at the age of 61 years. Marilyn was born on September 14, 1946 in Winnipeg, MB to Anthony and Mary Hamulka (nee Kozie). Marilyn attended St. Mary?s Academy in Winnipeg and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Masters Degree in Education. She fulfilled her lifelong dream of teaching high school English in Winnipeg, Grand Bahama Island, and Calgary. Marilyn loved gardening, cheering for her Winnipeg Blue Bombers, and travelling, especially to Maui. Marilyn is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Barbara and Paul Mattek and two nephews Daniel and Phillip Mattek all of Austin, TX. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (1307 – 14th Street S.W.) on Thursday, October 4, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
