Obituary of Mary Brenda Hunter

It is with great sadness we announce that the Creator called home his beloved angel Mary “Brenda” Hunter on Saturday, September 15, 2007 at the age of 63 years. Brenda was employed with the Exshaw School as a Teacher’s Aide for thirty years before retiring in 1989. She believed strongly in her cultural and traditional upbringing. Brenda leaves to mourn three adopted children, Jarrod, Olivia (Preston) and Jay; brothers, Jeff (Evelyn), Jess (Winnie) and Dallon (MaryJane); and sisters, Margaret, Barbara and Alice. She was a proud grandmother to thirteen grandchildren, Candace, Brenda, Evan, Shaye, Brett, Zane, McCoy, Joshiya, Memphis, Qwade, and Katrina, Traden and Teanna who she loved. Brenda is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins from the Holloway, Rabbit, Rider, Kaquitts, Simeon, Poucette, Twoyoungmen, and Bearspaw families. The family apologizes for anyone they may have missed. Wake Services will be held at her residence in (Morley, AB) on Tuesday, September 18, 2007 and Wednesday, September 19, 2007. Funeral Services will be held at Morley United Church (Morley, AB) on Thursday, September 20, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Wesley Cemetery (Morley, AB).
