Obituary of Leontina Schnieder

Leontina Schneider “Tina” of Calgary passed away peacefully at the George Boyak Centre on Friday, September 14, 2007 at the age of 88 years. She was born in Tuttle, Kidder County, North Dakota and immigrated to Canada with her family. Tina and Sam’s faith in God began when Tina recovered from a serous illness. They were dedicated to each other, their family and the church. Tina is survived by her son Sam; daughter Pat Schulte, both of Calgary; five grandchildren, Loree (Paul) McNab, Kyle (Carla) Schneider, Dawneen (Corrado) Cultrera, Ross (Sonja) Schneider and Shelley (Lorne) Bates as well as six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Emma Dorricott of Lethbridge, AB. Tina was predeceased by her husband Sam. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
