Obituary of Alison McKenzie

It is with heavy hearts and great sadness to announce the sudden passing of Alison McKenzie on Monday, September 10, 2007 at the age of 35 years. Alison will be greatly and forever missed by her two young rays of sunshine, Jacob and Olivia and her best friend and fiancé Rob Neddow and his son Alex. She is survived by her parents Peter and Pat McKenzie; sister Claire and her partner Clare; brother Stewart and his wife Angela. She also leaves behind her Uncle Alan, Aunt Chris, cousins Kelly and Rachel, Jacob’s father Rick Ashton, Uncle John, extended family; and close friends. Alison will also be missed by Don and Jean Neddow, Barb Neddow, Roberta Boos (Rob), Donald Neddow (Kelly), Donna Price and extended family and closest friends. We love you Ally – you will be forever in our thoughts and hearts. You will be missed by all who knew you and all you touched. A new star is shining in the sky tonight … Ally will be remembered for her zest for life, but what will live the most in the memory of those who knew her was her generous, kind spirit and how she always put others before herself. A Celebration of Ally’s Life will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY?S, Fish Creek Chapel (14441 Bannister Road S.E.) on Friday, September 14, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
