Obituary of Glenn Douglas Sabo

It is with a great sense of loss and sadness that we announce the passing of Glenn Douglas Sabo in the early morning of Friday, September 7, 2007 at the age of 52 years. Glenn was an exceptional man who inspired those he left behind with a lifetime of memories, and to live a life of integrity, honesty and generosity with courage and dignity. He will live long and well in all those who knew him. Glenn was a loving husband to Doreen; loyal son to Andrew, grandfather to Jamie, Joel, Jesse, Christopher, Kennedy; brother to David (Marlene) and Heather (Maurice); uncle to Marlis and Robert; and best friend to Dave (Susan) and Debbie. Glenn was predeceased by his mother Margaret. In one sense, there is no death. The life of a soul on earth lasts beyond his departure. You will always feel that life touching yours. That voice speaking to you. That spirit looking out of other eyes. Talking to you in the familiar things he touched, worked with, loved as familiar friends. He lives on in your life and in the lives of all others that knew him. Angelo Patri A Memorial Service will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Crowfoot Chapel (82 Crowfoot Circle, N.W.) on Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. The family would like to extend their deepest gratitude to all the doctors and nurses in ICU at the Foothills Medical Centre. We appreciate the exceptional care and compassion you generously gave to Glenn and his family. The family appreciates the flowers and gifts that have already been sent.
