Obituary of Delmar George Hartford

Del Hartford, much loved husband of Jane Hartford of Calgary, succumbed to his illness on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at the age of 76 years. Del was born in Glenboro, MB on March 24, 1931. He moved to Calgary in 1965. Besides his loving wife Jane, Del is survived by his daughter Leanne; his son and daughter-in-law Richard and Diana; two grandchildren Jack and Will; his cousins Randy and Judy Townsend and their family; his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Owen and Pat Wilson, Vern and Megan Wilson, Mary (Hartford) and Don Nicol and their families. Del was predeceased by his mother Thelma in 1988, his father Edward in 1961, his brother William in 1978, and his grandparents William J. and Casia Mae Townsend. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S, Park Memorial Chapel (5008 Elbow Drive S.W.) on Wednesday, September 12, 2007 at 2:30 p.m. In the meantime Del has “gone fishing”.
