Obituary of Terrance Alexander Godun

GODUN – Terrance Alexander November 9, 1959 – September 3, 2007 Terrance Alexander Godun, beloved husband of Donna Louise Godun, of Calgary, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2007 at the age of 47 years. Terry was born November 9, 1959 in Edmonton, Alberta. Upon completing high school he obtained his Electronics Degree from NAIT. Throughout his professional career Terry excelled spending ten years with Off Shore Navigation, as an engineer, and eventually moved on to AGT/Telus where he spent eighteen years. In his leisure time Terry sincerely loved to cook, garden and spend time with his dog Wylie, a name he chose out of his love for Disney and Warner Brother’s movies and characters. In addition, he also had a great passion for computers, electronic gadgets, old time rock and roll music and Monty Python. On August 26, 2006 Terry married his greatest passion in life, Donna. Terry had a wonderful sense of humour and the ability to make everyone laugh. Above all else he will be remembered for his kindness – “If you needed him, he was there.” Besides his loving wife Donna, Terry is survived by his parents Nicholas and Anna Godun of Edmonton; brother and sister-in-law Robert and Barbara Godun; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Ken and Shanna Engler, brother-in-law Gary Engler all of Calgary as well as his mother-in-law and father-in-law Teresa and Don Engler of Drumheller and various aunts, uncles and cousins.
