Obituary of Allan George Enders

Allan George Enders beloved husband of Margaret (Pegi) Enders of Calgary, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2007 at the age of 64 years. Allan was born on November 22, 1942 in Port Arthur, ON. He spent thirty-three years in the taxi industry and was the President and CEO of the Checker Transportation Group. Allan’s biggest passion outside of his business was skiing, golfing, and travel. Besides his loving wife Pegi, of thirty-eight years, Allan is also survived by his daughter and son-in-law Kim and Frank Formella and by his son and daughter-in-law Kurt and Lauretta all of Calgary. He will also be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Kara and Megan and by his two sisters Marge Rusnak and Marilyn Zubec both of Thunder Bay. Allan was predeceased by his parents John and Mary Enders; brothers, Keith and Bob; and by his sister Dorothy Boreyko.
