Obituary of Luigina Ida Wright

It is with heavy hearts that we sadly announce the passing of our wife, mom, grandma and great-grandma Lou Wright; she peacefully entered Heaven at her home in Calgary surrounded by her husband, children and grandchildren on Sunday, September 2, 2007 after a long and courageous battle with heart disease and cancer. Lou was a pillar of strength and grace as she faced many health adversaries over the last few years and we always marvelled at her ability to beat the odds. Beside her loving husband of thirty-nine years, Jim, Lou is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law Murray Croome and Kathy Zenti of New Westminster, BC, Dale and Annette Croome; her daughter and son-in-law Rina and Bruce Hawkins, all of Calgary; her grandchildren Adam, Becky, Lindsay, Jason, Christopher, Anna, and Katie; and her step-grandchildren Meghan and Andrew all of whom were the source of much joy in her life and every one of them loved grandma very much. She is also survived by her two great-grandchildren Ethan and Ryder; and her two sisters Marie and Amy. Lou was predeceased by her granddaughter Carly Hawkins; and her brother Gino Razzolini.
