Obituary of Narcisa Manansala Polintan

Our beloved mother and grandmother, Narcisa Polintan of Calgary passed into the presence of the Lord on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at the age of 78 years. Narcisa was born in Obando, Bulacan in the Philippines and moved to Calgary in 1986. Her belief in God saw her through all aspects of her life. Besides her loving husband, Ruben P. Polintan, Narcisa is survived by her five sons and three daughters-in-law, Ernie and Emily, Narciso, Ramon, Joseph and Cora, Ruben Jr. and Ana; and her two daughters and sons-in-law Remedios and Gerry, Mediatrix and Bob; her twelve grandchildren; and her great-grandchild. She is also lovingly remembered by her brother Juanito Manansala; her sisters Florencia Manansala and Lucila Tanchioco; and countless friends and relatives. Narcisa was predeceased by her two sons Lamberto and Graciano; and her father and mother Crispulo Manansala and Flaviana Aquino.
