Obituary of Elizabeth Rose Brown

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Betty on Thursday, August 9, 2007 with family and friends by her side. She will be dearly missed by her children Doug, Laurie, Kevin and Marc, her daugters-in-law Lara and Elysia; and son-in-law Brendan. Betty was overjoyed earlier this year with the birth of her first two grandchildren Jakob and Mia and revelled in her new found role as a proud grandma. She will also be remembered by sisters Evelyn Ereiser, Faye (Phil) Patsula, Linda ( Bill) Hoffman; brothers John Ereiser, Jim (Marny) Ereiser, Ron (Melanie) Ereiser and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Sebastian and Eva, and sister Bernice. In addition to being a devoted mother she had a long professional career as a registered nurse. She graduated from the Misericordia Hospital in Edmonton, AB in 1964 and practiced as an RN until her retirement from the Rockyview Hospital in Calgary, AB in September of 2006.
