Obituary of Gage Prevost

Gage Prevost of Calgary, beloved son of Dale Prevost and GerryJo Prevost and brother of Foster passed away tragically on Wednesday, August 1, 2007 at the age of 17 years. Gage was a lovable free spirit, who had touched the hearts and forced a smile on all those he met. He had a wealth of friends in both Calgary and P.E.I where he had lived with his mother, brother and step-dad Tony before returning to his father in Calgary. Gage loved to play baseball, hockey, fishing with his step-dad, camping with his dad, listening to music and hanging with his friends. He lived for each moment, never planning, flying by the seat of his pants and getting the most of everyday. Gage is survived by his father Dale; mother Jo, brother Foster; step-father Tony; grandparents, Gilbert (Maria), Ruby, and Evelyn all of Alberta and Marilyn of Nova Scotia. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, Karen (Attila), David (Esther) and Joseph of Alberta, Vicki (Jim), Levita (Randy), Kathy (Jerry) of P.E.I; cousins Ashley, Tristen, Trevor, Lucas all of Alberta, Amanda, Anthony, John, Morgan, Zachary, Dalton, Paige and Deziray of P.E.I. Gage was predeceased by his grandfather Gerry Coyle. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) today, August 9, 2007 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Friday, August 10, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made directly to the family.
