Obituary of Joan Patricia Perry

Joan Patricia Perry, beloved wife of Bernard Dyson Perry of Calgary, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2007 at the age of 78 years. Joan was born May 10, 1929 in Saskatoon, SK. She married Bernard on August 18, 1951 in Saskatoon and moved to Calgary in 1952. Joan was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority for fifty-eight years, during which time she provided leadership throughout the city. She retired from Mobil Oil in 1987 after 31 years of meritorious service and was an active member of the Mocana Club. Besides her loving husband, Bernard, Joan is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law Gregg and Jennifer Perry of Duncan, BC; and her three grandchildren, Joel (Callie) Perry, Cathryn (Cameron) Walter, and Clare Perry. She is also survived by her sister and brother-in-law Betty and Johnny Propst of Charlottesville, VA.
