Obituary of Kay Wozney
Kay Wozney, of Calgary, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at the age of 88 years.
Kay and Bill came to Calgary in 1966 from Brandon, MB. She worked as a seamstress at Woodwards until her retirement in 1984.
Kay is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Mildred Salter and her partner Lawrence Colvin of Carmen, MB, Gloria and Frank Molnar, Gail and Terry Hallett and Sandy Wozney all of Calgary; four grandchildren, Kate (Mark Stone) Hallett-Stone, Ward Hallett and Heather Wozney all of Calgary and Marina (Sean) Bibeau of Winnipeg, MB; Kay’s only great-grandchild, Carter Bibeau and by her brother George Kehler. She also leaves to mourn her dear friend of seventy-one years, Tina Kehler-Jensen. Our loving father passed away in 1994. Those thirteen years without her husband were filled with her many friends, nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at the All Saints Lutheran Church (380 Midpark Boulevard S.E.) on Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
