Obituary of Bev Russell

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved daughter and sister, Bev Russell who passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the age of 55 years. Bev was born and raised in Calgary. She worked in the oil and gas industry and later pursued her love of cooking by attaining her status as a Journeyman Red Seal Chef. Bev worked hard and strived for perfection in everything that she undertook. We will greatly miss her sense of humor and loving spirit. Bev leaves behind her parents Verne Olson and Kathy Galen; her sisters and brother-in-law, Marlene and John Cooke and Val Olson; nieces, Jennifer (Gerard) Broersma and Marjorie (Graeme) Kyle; nephew Greg (Danielle) Cooke and great-nephews, Aiden and Ethan Kyle, Vincent Broersma and Thomas Cooke. She was predeceased by her husband Ron in 2004.
