Obituary of Edith Repp

Edith Matilda Repp, beloved wife of Edward Repp for more than sixty years of Calgary, passed away on Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the age of 80 years. Edith was born in Champion, AB on January 18, 1927. She loved her children, grandchildren and life dearly. Edith enjoyed hiking, cross country skiing, baseball and was an avid Toronto Blue Jays fan. She loved vacationing in Hawaii. Besides her loving husband Edward, Edith is survived by her mother, Mary Lebsack of Calgary, AB; two sons and daughters-in-law, Garry and Maryse Repp of Mississauga, ON and Grant and Linda Repp of Calgary, AB; one daughter and son-in-law, Coreen and Joe Donnici of Calgary, AB; six grandchildren, Aric, Adria, Doug (Julie), Mike, Krista and Paul. Edith is also survived by two sisters and brothers-in-law, Viola and Jock Marshman of Lethbridge, AB and Marjorie and Ken Hendry of Calgary; one brother and sister-in-law, Calvin and Sylvia Lebsack of Parksville, BC. She was predeceased by her father Henry Lebsack. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAY’S Chapel of the Bells (2720 Centre Street North) on Tuesday, June 26, 2007 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at Centre Street Church Main Campus (3900 – 2nd Street N.E.) on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 10:00 am. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery. Thanks to Dr. Lebrie and the gang on Unit 36 at the Foothills Medical Centre for the care provided to our mother.
