Obituary of Mary Kindrachuk

It is with deep sadness that we announce the loss of Mary Kindrachuk on Wednesday, June 20, 2007 after a brief battle with cancer. A gentle spirit with a kind heart, Mary was truly loved by her family and many friends. She grew up in St. Julien, Saskatchewan, and enjoyed rural life. Nick and Mary lived in Cudworth, Saskatchewan raising their family where Mary was an active member of the church and community. She spent the last twenty five years living in Calgary where she was also involved in the church, enjoyed her many wonderful friends and proudly volunteered her time in support of numerous charitable organizations. She leaves to mourn her loving children Gary (Eva), Brian, Rita (Brian), Elaine (Lance) and Joanie (Richard); her devoted grandchildren Garrett, Conor, Hayley, Carlie, Dayna and Jamie; her sisters Emily and Gloria; her brothers Matt and John; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Nick Kindrachuk; parents Wasyl and Polly Labach; brothers Peter, Paul, Bill, Andy and Alec (in infancy). Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stephen’s Ukrainian Catholic Church (4903 45th Street S.W.) on Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at 1:00p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
