Obituary of Marjorie Myra Denson

Marjorie Myra Denson passed away on May 28, 2007 at the age of 91 years. Marjorie was born on February 16, 1916 in Delburne, AB to Mary and Arthur Chaffin, early settlers in the Great Bend District. She worked as a R.N.A. for many years, and retired from the General Hospital in Calgary in the early ’80’s. Marjorie loved to crochet and crafts and most of all loved to be with her family- especially her grandchildren. Marjorie is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Marion and Archie Hall of Strathmore; son and daughter-in-law Albert and Anne Crawford of Victoria; grandchildren, Donna (Ralph), Archie (Cindy), Bradley (Tammy), Brian, Bob, Cathleen (Greg), Patricia and Cynthia. Great Grandchildren; Jennifer, Stacy, Krissy, Archie, Austin, Amanda, Ashley, Travis, Kelsey, Jessie, Ashley, Riley, Mitchell, Jarod, Daniel, Morgan, Ryanne, Graham, Kyle and Travis. Three great great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Kaylee and Kolby. She is also survived by her brother Donald Chaffin of Stettler; sisters Dora Lloyd of Red Deer, and Leona Rasmussen of Delburne. Marjorie was predeceased by her first husband; J.K Crawford, brother Benny Chaffin, sisters Ida Little and Florence Austin.
