Charlie Jasienczyk, beloved husband, father and grandfather passed away on Monday May 28, 2007, surrounded by his family. Charlie was a kind and generous soul and had a great passion for life. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially his three granddaughters. He was born in Neepawa, Manitoba in 1933 and moved to Calgary in 1957 where he worked with the City of Calgary Electric System for thirty-five years. Grandpa Charlie will be remembered for his adventurous spirit and gentle soul. Charlie is survived by his wife Helen; daughters Joanne (Randy), Shannon (Jay) and Denise; and granddaughters Alison, Breanne and Keely Shea. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church (640 – 19th Avenue N.W.) on Friday June 1, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
