Over the years Eunice worked as a waitress, a telephone operator during the war and owned her own restaurant in Innisfail while Stan was in the army. In later years she worked with Stan in the family business, Freeman Insurance Agencies. Eunice was known for her famous pies and best-ever home cooking! She was known as Mrs. Meticulous as she always said “if a job was worth doing, it was worth doing well.” Eunice loved all animals and had many dogs and cats as part of her life.
